Centervi[fe, 'M:N 55038 <br /> <br />(651) 429-3232 . rf"C4.(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06 - 004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPAYMENT OF BONDS AND CLOSING <br />CERTAIN DEBT SERVICE FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain debt service fund #336 was established to account for revenue and <br />expenses related to Improvements of 2000, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, assessments have been paid and adequate balance has accumulated <br />permitting early redemption of bonds after which, such fund is no longer needed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council hereby authorizes call and early redemption of bonds <br />issued November 1, 2000, specifically the remaining bond maturities <br />of 2008 and 2011 in the amount of $100,000 to be redeemed on <br />February 1, 2006. <br /> <br />2.
