1. Permitted Activity <br />Cut, clear and remove brush from the Premises, as shown on Exhibit "A ". <br />2. Conditi ons <br />Permittee shall be responsible for the acts and actions of any contractors or volunteers it <br />uses in the performance of the Permitted Activity. <br />3. Notification <br />Permittee shall notify the Board's representative at least 48 hours in advance of Permitted <br />Activity to schedule inspection and coordination of work. The Board's representative <br />may be reached at 651- 775 -6192 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., except on <br />weekends and holidays. <br />4.
