V erviffe 18809fainStreet, Cenrm 4ffir, 9KN55038 <br />E,sta-b(i,,;heif185, 651-429-3232 or T�2X 651-429-8629 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION #10-0Q� <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED TO ANOKA COUNTY FOR PID #R14-31-22-31- <br />001.6 FOR THE YEARS 2010-2023 RELATING TO THE MILL ROAD <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT DUE TO PAYMENT IN FULL <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council authorized the above stated project and special <br />assessment roll which contained PIN #R14-31-22-31-0016 in the amount of $22,433.23 <br />with interest; and <br />WHEREAS, reconciliation of these funds brought to Staff's attention that said property <br />owner paid in full to the City the amount that was outstanding; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Property Tax Division has acknowledged and certified for <br />the 2010 tax year $2,079.39 in error, and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA the Council directs the City Clerk or Finance Director <br />to make a request of Anoka County to abate the Mill Road Improvement Project (Fund <br />#84264) from the property legally known as PIN # R14-31-22-31-0016 for the periods of <br />2010-2023. <br />�'� <br />Mary Cap ayor <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
