d t e rviCCe 1880 Wain Street, Centelvi(!e, MN 55038 <br /> EStabriSht'tf 1857 651 -429 -3232 or4'at651- 429 -8629 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION #10-0 QS <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL <br /> ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED TO ANOKA COUNTY FOR PID #814- 31- 22 -31- <br /> 0045 FOR THE YEARS 2010 -2013 PELTIER PRESERVE PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council authorized the above stated project and special <br /> assessment roll which contained special assessments for PIN #R14- 31 -22 -31 -0045; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City accepted payment in the amount of $11,104.00 on November 4, <br /> 2009 which was not in full of said assessment and received the remainder on February <br /> 23, 2010 which is subsequent to the November 15, 2009 cut off; and <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County Property Tax Division will remove the remaining <br /> assessment of $9,168.18 or $3,557.56 for the years 2010 -2013; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA the Council directs the City Clerk or Finance Director <br /> to make the above stated request of Anoka County Property Tax Division. <br /> <br /> Mary Capra,176r <br /> Attest: -- �. . �.✓ (((/// <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
