A ' terviCCe <br /> trA <br /> 1880 Nam Street, Cmemnik, 517455038 <br /> Established 1857 651429 -3232 or Ta;651- 429 -8629 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION #10 -0D4 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL <br /> ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED TO ANOKA COUNTY FOR PID #R14- 31- 22 -33- <br /> 0001 FOR THE YEARS 2010 -2012 CSAH14 WATERMAIN PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council authorized the above stated project and special <br /> assessment roll which contained special assessments for PIN #R14- 31 -22 -33 -0001; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City accepted payment in full of said assessment on February 23, 2010 <br /> which is subsequent to the November 15, 2009 cut off; and <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County Property Tax Division will remove the remaining <br /> assessment of $1,662.97 or $645.30 for the years 2010 -2012; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA the Council directs the City Clerk or Finance Director <br /> to make the above stated request of Anoka County Property Tax Division. <br /> <br /> <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
