<br />Mr. Goertz indicated that he would use private financing for the <br />project. He anticipated the project could begin in July of 1997. <br />Mr. Goertz would like to have a public hearing for the rezone <br />required for at the next possible meeting. He indicated January <br />wo~ld be fine. Mr. Goertz has also spoke with the City Engineer <br />regarding water and sewer availability. Mr. Goertz reiterated <br />that "we have all winter to work on this." <br /> <br />The consensus of the commission was that the sketch plan will <br />provide as follows: <br /> <br />* allow another access to Centerville Road <br />* will provide a buffer zone to the south properties <br />* will be like its own community. <br /> <br />Jim March mentioned that the City should look at requiring <br />restrictive covenants that would assure that the homes developed <br />would be of similar value and on the higher end of the market. <br />Mr. Goertz mentioned he would be willing to look at this option. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber read a letter from the church of St. Genevieve <br />that relayed their ongoing planning process and their inability <br />to commit land for senior housing at this time. <br /> <br />Motion was made by T.
