He then asked Staff to confirm that contact <br />information for Council is updated on the website. <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> 1. December 2, 2003 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner McLean, seconded by Commissioner Hunt to approve the <br />Minutes of December 2, 2003, as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Hunt, seconded by Commissioner McLean to adjourn the <br />January 6, 2003 Planning Commission Meeting at 7:40 p.m. All in favor.
