Lot Combination Request –Mr. Dennis Shudy/Ms. Colleen Carpenter/Mr. Gerald <br />Rehbein <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:51 p.m. <br />Motion by Commissioner Wilharber, seconded by Commissioner Klennert Hunt to <br />close the public hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Chair Hanson closed the public hearing at 6:53 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wilharber, seconded by Commissioner Lakso to <br />recommend approval of the lot combination as requested. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />2.Rezone Request 6716 Centerville Road – Mr. Richard Evans <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:54 p.m. <br />Motion by Commissioner Wilharber, seconded by Commissioner Hanzal to close the <br />public hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Chair Hanson closed the public hearing at 6:54 p.m. <br />Motion by Commissioner Wilharber, seconded by Commissioner Lakso to <br />recommend approval of the rezone of 6716 Centerville Road as requested. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />3.
