Planning & Zoning Commission <br />December 7, 2004 <br />Meeting Minutes <br />VI.DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />Council Liaison Broussard Vickers stated the County has scheduled a public information <br />meeting on December 9, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. at the Wargo Nature Center. She stated the <br />County has indicated after that meeting, it will provide the Council with a final version of <br />the plan. She added the City is preparing a letter to the County outlining its concerns with <br />respect to the speed limit, medians, and traffic signals. She indicated the County is looking <br />for the City’s approval by February 2005 and construction is scheduled to begin in 2006. <br />VII.CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />1.November 1, 2004 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Wilharber, seconded by Commissioner Klennert Hunt, to <br />approve the Minutes of November 1, 2004, as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. Commissioners Wright and Wood abstained. <br />VIII.ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Wilharber, seconded by Commissioner Klennert Hunt, to <br />adjourn the December 7, 2004 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting at 8:05 p.m. <br />All in favor.
