Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> Meeting Minutes 03-03-1Q <br /> VII. FINANCIALS <br /> Included in the packet was a Proposed Amended Budget provided by Mr. Mike Jeziorski, <br /> Finance Director with input from Chairperson Branch. <br /> Email update per Mr. Jeziorski: <br /> I am also tracking other various budget amendments throughout the general fund budget so once <br /> there is a good enough number we will put it before Council for approval- probably after Ist quarter <br /> in April. <br /> Grants to finance upgrades to certain little league parks - I have not had much luck fanding anything <br /> to this point, but I will continue to look as time allows. <br /> As for a grant for the Liebel property we expect that Met Council will have a grant solicitation very <br /> shortly for enhancement grants. We will continue to watch for the solicitation, which would likely be <br /> for 2013 or 2014 funding. <br /> VIII.
