CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />1. Mr. & Mrs. Richard Paulsen, Sr., Street Easement Vacation 1764 & 1744 Main <br />Street <br /> <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:54 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes explained that 1764 and 1744 Main Street have asked for a vacation of <br />the street easement intended for future construction of a road that is no longer needed due <br />to the build out of the Eagle Pass development. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Wilharber and seconded by Commissioner <br />Kilian to close the public hearin2.
