Ordinance #49 - Noise <br /> <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:34 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Chair Hanson, seconded by Commissioner Wilharber to close the public <br />hearin2 and send the Ordinance to Staff for a rewrite. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson closed the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1.
