After discussion, the following motions were made: <br /> Motion by Ms. DeVine, seconded by Mr. Peterson to recommend to City Council to <br /> increase Park Dedication Fees to $1,800 far the year 2001. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mr. Peterson, seconded by Ms. DeVine to recommend to City Council to <br /> increase the Park Dedication fees to $1,800; and to require the developer to absorb <br /> the cost of the installation of the trail in the proposed Pheasant Marsh development <br /> as recommended to the developer by the Parks and Recreation Committee at the <br /> Parks and Recreation Committee Meeting on December 6, 2000. All in favor. � <br /> Motion carried unanimousty. i <br /> Grants I I <br /> Ms. Lien e�lained that Mr. March had requested the Parks and Recreation Committee <br /> consider gants offered by the MN Department of Natural Resources. The Committee <br /> will consider the information presented and discuss at the January meeting. <br /> DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> Parks and Recreation Monthly Report to Patricia Scott (LeJournal� <br /> The Committee directed Ms. DeVine to update Ms. Scott on the status of the proposed <br /> Skate Park and the Ice Rink hours of operation. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Mr. Peterson, seconded 6y Mr. Porker to adjourn the December 6, 2000 <br /> Parks and Recreation Committee Meeting.
