Motion seconded by Ms. <br /> DeVine. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Comprehensive Plan <br /> Mr. LeBlanc stressed that the Park and Recreation section of the Comp. Plan needs to be <br /> updated. Specifically, the section pertaining to Carol Pelton's "Park and Pedestrian <br /> Comp Plan" needs to be taken out completely.
