Chairperson Michael Navin called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m <br /> Present: Chairperson Michael Navin <br /> Dale Lazson <br /> Karla DeVine <br /> Steve Brown (arrived at 6:35) <br /> Absent: Doug Porter <br /> Staff: Jim Mazch <br /> Jill Lien <br /> Paul Palzer <br /> Council Member Terry Sweeney <br /> Resident: Wayne LeBlanc <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES I <br /> December 1. 1999 Park and Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes , <br /> Mr. Larson questioned the delegation of goals amongst the committee members, and why , <br /> Mr. LeBlanc was included as a member of Park and Recreation. Mr. Navin and Ms. Lien <br /> explained that at the previous meeting, Mr. LeBlanc volunteered to help with exploring <br /> grants for future trails. Mr. LeBlanc is present at all of the Pazk and Recreation meetings, <br /> so he offered to help with the "trail goals". Mr. Larson requested the minutes be changed <br /> to reflect that Mr. LeBlanc is a resident who would like to be involved in the structuring <br /> of the trails in Centerville. <br /> � <br /> Motion by Ms. DeVine, seconded by Mr. Larsoa to approve the December 1, 1999 <br /> Park and Recreation Committee meeting minutes wit6 noted change.
