Motion carried <br /> unaaimousl_y. <br /> Wayne LeBlanc — Lon� Planning Committee <br /> Mr. LeBlanc reviewed his letters with Council in regard to the duties that the Long Term Planning <br /> Committee could assist the other commissions/committees in completing long term planning <br /> issues. <br /> Mayor Wilharber asked the CounciI Iiaisons if this issue has been discussed with the other <br /> commissions/committee. The Council liaisons indicated that their respective <br /> commissions/committees have not met since this issue was brought to Council. <br /> Mayor Wilharber stated that this issue should be addressed at a workshop with the various <br /> commissions/committees. <br /> Mr. March stated that this issue was one of the items that should be addressed at the Council <br /> Goals Workshop. It was the consensus of Council to hold a Cbuncil workshop on Wednesday, <br /> January 19, 2000 at 6:00 p.m <br /> Mayor Wilharber stated that an article should be placed in the newsletter letting interested people <br /> know about this issue and tha.t it will be discussed at the January 19, 2000 workshop. <br /> IV.
