The <br />series of emails below is our correspondence back and forth. <br />We would like to hold the same event this year on Saturday, June Sth, 2010. 1 am in the process of filling out the special <br />events permit application from the city and I know that you have to sign off. <br />We are planning on the exact same type of event this year so the information I supplied last year is still current. We will <br />be using A, B, or C engines (see below for max impulse) in the same type of rockets (1oz. to 4oz.) as listed below and will <br />hold to the same safety measures and hold to the same 200' launch radius. I have attached a map for your reference. <br />Please let me know if this is all you require or if you need more info to be able to sign off on this. The city council meets <br />next on April 14th. In order to get on the agenda for that mtg, they need the application to be submitted on Thurs. April <br />8th. I'm hoping that can be a quick turn around since we did this exact thing last year. Let me know if I am missing <br />something. I'm a little vague on how your approval gets relayed to the city council. <br />Thanks <br />32 <br />
