Bonestroo File No.: 000616 - 10000 -0 <br />Dear Dallas: <br />* Bonestroo <br />At your request, we have drafted a scope and fee proposal to complete work associated with the <br />design and bidding of a project which would provide water services to about 25 homes who <br />qualify as low to moderate income. The project would be funded through a Community <br />Development Block Grant as administered by Anoka County. We understand that this funding <br />source means federal contract rules will apply, including the use of federal wage rates (Davis - <br />Bacon) and solicitation of minority and disadvantaged businesses, among others. <br />SCORS <br />Our proposed scope of work is detailed below: <br />Surveying <br />We do not believe that a preliminary survey will be necessary for the design of this project. <br />Design (Plans and Specifications) <br />We will produce a small plan set and spec for the bidding and construction of the job. The plan <br />would not detail each site, but rather provide generalized drawings of what is to be expected of <br />the contractor. The specifications will include the necessary contracting documents required for <br />federally funded projects along with our normal bid form and technical specifications. <br />
