z <br />Ni <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br />FROM: Staff <br />SUBJECT: Transient Sales Permit (April 15 — May 15, 2010) <br />DATE: April 14, 2010 <br />Window Concepts of Minnesota has submitted a Transient Merchant/Peddler <br />Application, submitted appropriate documentation and fees. The Centennial Lakes Police <br />Department has completed a background check on the information that was supplied on <br />the application. Of the four individuals that were provided as door -to -door <br />Merchant/Peddlers, one was found not to have a valid driver's license. This same <br />individual did not complete the vehicle description for sales purposes. <br />
