UNFINISHED BUSINESS Review Fund Raisin Ig ssues - Tabled Action Taken by Public Works at Ice Rink The Park Commission noted a roof rake was purchased, however, no caulking was done at the ice rink. The Park and Recreation Corrunittee requested Staff caulk where needed at Laurie LaMotte Park ice rinks. The Park and Recreation Committee requested Staff to begin advertising immediately for rink attendants. Mr. Thompson will work with Mr. Paul Palzer (Public Works DirectorBuilding Official) about flooding the ice rinks and other issues. The Park and Recreation Committee mentioned Ms. Julia Bertrand of Centennial Hockey Association contacted the Centerville Park and Recreation Board on the use of the ice rink for hockey. I-�'istorically, the Centennial Hockey Association has been given ice rink rights, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.. The Park and Recreation Committee elected to grant the Centennial Hackey Association the use of the ice rink as indicated. The Park and � Recreation Committee requested a letter be sent to the Centennial Hockey Association indicating authorization to use the ice rink. The Park and Recreation requested Staff flood the ice rink or as done last year. Status of Refund fram North Metro Recreation The Park and Recreation Committee thanked the Staff for the good job in retrieving the'North Metro Recreation refund. Status for Park and Recreation Service Between Laurie LaMotte Park and The City of Centeiville ' Tabled NEW BUSINESS Preventive Measures for Acorn Creek from Snowmobilers MOTION by Mr. Brown to instal1250' of a snow fence on the south west corner of the undeveloped park in the Acorn Creek II development. Motion seconded by Mr. Navin. Motion carried unanimously.
