Staffwas directed <br /> to research past Minutes of the City Council and Park and Recreation Committee to see <br /> why it was never passed. <br /> Lai�lotte Park Gr�g Ut�date <br /> Jim March, City Administrator, presented an update to the Committee. Everything is on <br /> schedule. Boards witl be put up around the hockey rink October 23-2� with the help of <br /> volunteer labor. The hockey rink should be ready to use this winter.
