Nlotion seconded by Steve Brown. 1�lotion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> PETITIONS AND CONIPLAINTS � <br /> Gary Schmidt of 7071 Cottonwood Court expressed his interest in seeing a Footbridge <br /> connecting Cottonwood Coui�t and Brian Court. <br /> UNFINISHED BUSTNESS <br /> Clearwater Meadows Footbrid�e Update - Michael Navin <br /> The comrnittee discussed the possibility of buiiding a walkway bridge. Staffwas directed <br /> to research past Minutes of the City Council and Park and Recreation Committee to see <br /> why it was never passed. <br /> Lai�lotte Park Gr�g Ut�date <br /> Jim March, City Administrator, presented an update to the Committee. Everything is on <br /> schedule. Boards witl be put up around the hockey rink October 23-2� with the help of <br /> volunteer labor. The hockey rink should be ready to use this winter.
