As you have requested, we have completed a preliminary earthwork calculation as well as some preliminary cost estimates on the improvement. We understand the Centerviile Park and Recreation Committee will be meeting next week ' to discuss this issue. The size and layout of the playing fields should be considered at their meeting. Soccer fields tend to have different sizes depending on the leagues and ages of participants that will use the fields. Please let us know if the sizes of all the playing surfaces are appropriate for the needs of the appropriate leagues and the City of Centerville. The current drawing shows a configuration and field size according to sketches originally provided to us by the City of Centerville. Below is a brief summary of costs for several items on the project that may be completed at some time. Other items, such as the sub-cut in the playing field areas and the drain tile, are oniy estimates at this time and would need further verification and design should you chose to proceed with this project. Please iet us know when this is complete and we will survey the wetland boundary and add this to the drawing.
