CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />nd <br /> <br />1.Eagle Pass 2 Addition <br /> <br />Chairperson Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Quigley representing Gor-Em pointed out the changes made to the plan since the last <br />time he was before the Commission. He then explained that the plan was revised to <br />include twinhomes as is consistent with the current development. <br /> <br />Commissioner Devine asked Mr. Quigley to comment on the extension of Ojibway <br />Drive. Mr. Quigley indicated that the Association is allowed to expand under its bylaws. <br /> <br />Chairperson Hanson asked if number two was a separate association. Mr. Quigley <br />indicated it would be part of the single-family association. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kilian asked if the Association had approved the expansion to allow for <br />the new homes. Mr. Quigley indicated that the Association did not have the option of <br />denying the homes entrance into its Association as the bylaws were originally written to <br />Page 1 of 24 <br /> <br />
