ITEM 11— PROPERTY DEED OR APPRAISAL (S} <br /> Development Projects must include a copy of the property deed(s) along with any restrictions <br /> placed on the property for the entire pazk area. <br /> Acquisition Projects must include a current original appraisal for each parcel to be acquired as <br /> part of their application. Appraisals must be performed by a qualified ]icensed appra.iser and <br /> meet the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Appraisal will be <br /> reviewed, by the state, to be sure they meet applicable standards. If the apprai.sal is not accepted, <br /> the applicant will be contacted for additional clarification or modification. <br /> RELOCATION: If the property to be acquired involves the relocation of persons, the applicant � <br /> must comply with the "Uniform Relocation Assistance and Rea1 Property Acquisition Policies �� <br /> Act of 1970".
