Critical components iuclude, but are <br /> not limited to: parking, restrooms and access routes to ma.jor facilities. <br /> 1. �layground Structure: <br /> The proposed playground structure will be accessible and includes an ADA <br /> accessible transfer station. The structure itself will also be accessible from the <br /> parking lot and the existing paved trailway. The parking lot currently contains <br /> handicap accessible parking spaces. The playground structure wili contain <br /> accessible features available by transfer and on the ground. An accessible border <br /> cutout is included in our price quote. <br /> 2. Caneession/Sheiter Bailding: <br /> The proposed concession/shelter building will be developed adjacent to the <br /> existing paved trail. There are no restrooms planned for this structure.
