i <br /> ITEM 18 —REC�tEATIONAL SITE PLAN <br /> I <br /> A site plan is required for all development, acquisition, or combination projects. The primary <br /> purpose of the site plan is to clearly identify the acquisition and/or development proposed for the <br /> project. All plans must include the following: <br /> -The title "Recreation Site Plan" and project naxne <br /> -The location of all recreation and support facilities <br /> -Shoev the access routes con�ecting each facility <br /> -The entire park property and all adjacent land uses <br /> -Legend including a north direction arrow, graphic bar scale, couniy and date <br /> -Identification of all city names and corporate limits <br /> -Identification of aIl lakes, rivers, streams and wetlands i <br /> -Acreage of the park and/or each parcel to be acquired � <br /> If your proposal includes development or redevelopment of a playground, a separate playground <br /> plan must be submitted in addition to the site plan. See item 20. <br /> Color Codin� I <br /> Red — Delineate the boundary of the park. This should coincide with the area described <br /> in Item 11 — Property Deed or Appraisal(s). <br /> Yellow - Highlight all proposed acquisition and proposed facilities. I <br /> Blue - Highlight any future acquisition and future facilities. �� <br /> A color coded map must be included with each of the two applieations. <br /> NOTE: The site plan is used to evaluate the design and accessibility of your project. These are <br /> both critical factors in selecting projects for funding. I <br /> �� <br /> Attached as E�hibit 18r'� is the Recr�ational Site Plan. <br /> � <br />
