Notice for Public Comment: Metropolitan Regional Recreation Open Space Policy Plan Inctuding the 2002-07 Regional Park System Capital Improvement Program Three public hearing/open houses are being held to gather public comments on the proposed plan: April3 2001 - 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Reidell Farm Estate in Anoka County Riverfront Regional Park The park is located in Fridley in Anoka County southwest of the intersection of I-694 and East River Road. The entrance road to the park and Reidell Farm Estate is west of East River Road April 4 2001 - 2 p.m. to S p.m Cleary Lake Golf Course Clubhouse in Cleary Lake Regional Park The park is located in Credit River Township, in Scott Counry, southwest of the intersection of Scott Co. Rd. 21 and Scott Co. Rd. 91. The entrance road to the park is west of Scott Co. Rd. 91. AprilS 2001 - 2 p.m. to 8 p.m Phalen Golf Course Clubhouse in Phalen Regional Park The park is located in St. Paul, northeast of the intersection of Arcade Street and Wheelock Parkway. The entrance road to the park and golf clubhouse is north of Wheelock Parkway on Phalen Drive.
