The majority of the park reserve that is in the City is adjacent to <br /> either Peltier Lake or e�sting low-medium density residential areas. The City recognizes <br /> the value of the park reserve as a resaurce to the region and the City, and will continue to <br /> take measures to insure protection of the park reserve from adverse impacts from <br /> inappropriate development in the area of the park reserve. <br /> � <br /> 51 <br />
