Long-teron and Annuai Infrastructure Pianning: <br /> Maintenance of roads, water, and sewer facilities must be planned with regular <br /> maintenance and replacement before systems fail. Within this category are items such <br /> as a new watertower, sewer and water tine extension, pavement management plan, <br /> surface water management plan, capita! improvements plan, and storm drainage and <br /> pond maintenance. Council is interested in not only a current assessment of <br /> infrastructure, but also a glimpse of the City'� infras#ructure for the usefu! life of facilities. <br /> The key question for each of these plans is what fee structure and general fund <br /> a!location is needed to ensure that the City's infrastructure is designed, built and <br /> maintained to applicable standards. If there is industry standard software that can <br /> display the needed information, Council would like a recommendation. <br /> A. Sewer Management Plan <br /> B.
