Mr. Tra.vis stated that this would be an excellent idea, however, <br /> 0 1 p al still needed to be made. <br /> . apra requested that she felt ill-prepaxed for meetings when handouts are presented <br /> the meeting, leaving little time to be informed on a topic. Mr. March stated that as a <br /> general rule, the items presented at council are for informational purposes and the needed <br /> to receive same in a rimely manner weighed more tl�an inclusion in the next packet. <br /> Consensus was that information that would not pertain to Council consideration be <br /> clearly marked as FYI. <br />
