ITEM 6 - LOCAL MATCH <br /> Grant recipients must contribute at least one half of the total project costs in the form of cash or <br /> the value of materials, labor, and equipment usage provided by the recipient or by local donation. <br /> List below each saurce of local match and it's dollar value that will be contributed to the project. <br /> For each donation, attach a letter of camm.itment from the donator. NOTE: Ranking points will <br /> bs awarded if the applicant commits at least 20% of the total project cost from it's own resources. <br /> The City of Centerville will provide for the 50 percent required local match from its park <br /> dedication fund. The City is cornmitted to spending the remaining park dedication funds for <br /> e�sting park development. <br /> � <br />
