TTEM ll- PROPER'I'Y DEED OR APPRAISAL(S) <br /> I)evelopment projects must include the property deed(s) describing the entire park <br /> property. <br /> Acquisition projects must include a current original appraisal for each parcel to be <br /> acquired as part of their application. Appraisals must be performed by a qualified licensed <br /> appraiser and meet the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). <br /> Appraisals will be reviewed, by the state, to be sure that they meet applicable standards.
