There have been numerous complaints generated by her neighbor. She noted � <br /> her family has owned the property far 25 years and she questions whether the ordinance '� <br /> change would apply to them. The letter from the City indicated she was in violation of ' <br /> Ordinance #4 for outside storage. She explained she has cunently licensed and operating <br /> vehicles on her property and as she has three lots should be allowed to have the six (6) <br /> vehicles. Mrs. Camp-Baron indicated she and her husband are pursuing trespass charges <br /> against the neighbor for trespassing onto their property and taking pictures. She also <br /> stated they have begun proceedings to commence a harassment Iawsuit against the <br /> neighbor. <br /> Mayor Wilharber explained the dispute with the neighbor is a civil issue. <br /> Council Member Broussard Vickers explained that ordinances and ordinance changes <br /> apply to all residents no matter the length of time a person has owned the property. <br /> Council Member Broussard Vickers stated she would like to see the original Ietter from <br /> the City indicating what part of the ordinance was being violated.
