COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Council Member Broussard Vickers reported the Planning and Zoning Commission will <br /> have a public hearing to discuss the sign ordinance. <br /> Mr. March reported the Fire Steering Committee meets on January 18, 2001. <br /> XIII. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> Mr. March reported the one (1) union member has voted on the contract extension and <br /> voted to accept the City's request for a three-year duration. This matter will be before <br /> Council at the next meeting. <br /> Council Member Nelson requested Staff contact Anoka County and Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District regarding the west mall trail to see if the ditch could be filled in and <br /> the trail connected to the trail at the east mall. <br /> Mayor Swedberg reported the League of Minnesota Cities has a new piece of software <br /> for city websites and the City could be a test site.for them. It would cost the City $540 to <br /> procure this service and there would be a charge of $20 per month. This may be a real <br /> advantage to the City as the City would not have to maintain the site. <br /> XIV. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion bv Council Member Nelson, seconded by Council Member Broussard <br /> Vickers to adjourn the January 10, 2001 City Council Meeting at 9:20 p.m. All in <br /> favor.
