Mr. Drilling will be proposing a retail/commercial center for the site located ' <br /> across from City Hall. Mr. Drilling indicated that he has had several tenant inquiries. � <br /> � <br /> * The development to be known as Pheasant Marsh was given preliminary plat approval by i <br /> Council last evening. The development will consist of 77 single family homes to be I <br /> completed in three phases. We have had <br /> a couple of cal(s from residents that are iooking for sources of Christmas toys for their <br /> children. We are working to get them set up with Toys for Tots or Toys for Joy. There is <br /> a new clothing drop off at City HaN that is intended to provide clothing for needy seniors in <br /> the County. lf you are out shopping, pick up an extra article of clothing if you can and drop <br /> it off at City Hall. <br /> * The Centerville ice rink is now open! Slap on your skates and give it a try. <br /> * Rick Carfson indicated that he has had severa{ calls on the Hunter's Crossing fots <br /> recently.
