These <br /> concerns are directiy related to the impact a highway wil! have on the city's efforts to <br /> recapture its small-town character. <br /> The Centerville community has suwngly expressed its desire to retain and nurture its <br /> smail town character and to shape development so that its character will not be <br /> compromised.
