Land Holdings ' <br /> Group requests the Developers Agreement be approved based on the sale of the property, <br /> as well as Council approval of issuing building permits on Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 as well <br /> as Lots 1 and 20, Block 2. Currently the Developer's Agreement states tha.t only one lot � <br /> can be built upon until the base course of asphalt is installed in the subdivision. Fire Chief I <br /> Bennett commented that fire code access road needs to be within 150 feet of the building ' <br /> being constructed. Chief Bennett felt the proposal was appropriate.
