The property is <br /> approximately 600 square feet. City Attorney James Hoeft explained the City needs to <br /> establish a fair market value for the property. Jim March will calculate the value by taking <br /> the assessed taxa.ble land value increased by 15% and then pro-rate that figure by the <br /> square foot. Mr. March will present this figure to Mr. Green to see if it is acceptable. Mr. <br /> Green would be responsible for paying all transaction costs, including legal, recording and <br /> surveying. <br /> XI.
