Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> Eibensteiner Buildin� <br /> Keith Eibensteiner gave a presentation on the proposed building his company will be <br /> constructing in the Industrial Paxk. Mr. March indicated that the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission approved the building, and has asked Mr. Eibensteiner to present plans to <br /> Council as well as apply for a Special Use Permit. Mr. Eibensteiner detailed the <br /> contrasting architectural features. <br /> Motion made bv Council member Vickers, seconded by Council member Travis, to <br /> approve construction of the Eibensteiner building noting the contrasting <br /> architectural features aspresented. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Mayor Wilhaxber indicated the Police Substation Open House will be held on Tuesday, Il i <br /> Sept 28, the Fete Des Lacs Revitalization Committee will meet with the Centerville Lions ! <br /> on Thursday at 7:00 at Chauncey Barrett Gardens, Acorn Creek is looking for installation <br /> volunteers for October 23. <br /> Mr. March indicated that Patricia Scott was not happy with the final version of the <br /> September Newsletter.
