DISCUSSIUN ITEMS Available Picnic Tables Ms. Lien explained thax the City received a letter from Mike Jacobson of Anoka County Parks and Recreation. Mr. 7acobson is offering 18 used conerete picnic tables. They are in very good condition and are heavy duty. They woultl be ideal for a setting where the tables would not be ' moved around much. The tables seat 6-8 people, and price is negotiable. The Park and Recreation Committee discussed and came to the conclusion that Centerville would not be 'vnterested in purchasi�g a�y a�these tables. Fund Raisers Ms. Lien questioned the Park and Recreation Committee as to whether the committee wants to hold any type of fund raisers to establish more funds in the park dedication account? The park dedication account does get carried over to the next year. The budget does not get carried over into the ne� ye�x. Does the Cammittee wish to establish an enterprise fund? Mr. March added, the Council wants to see the funds allocated, or some type of,accountability. Loren and Lisa Abrahamson (1868 Revoir St.l Mr. Navin explained that he had an opportunity to talk to the Abrahamson's regarding selling part of their property to the City and making it an easement for fishing in the pond behind their house.
