Steve Brown questioned the shoreline along <br /> Main Street - specifically the two houses the county owns. <br /> Mr. March explained Anoka County owns two of the lots and is in the process of <br /> � purchasing the two other lots. Adding, the City could possibly apply for the grant where <br /> the County would match the funds from the City for park development. Between the <br /> County purchasing the two 1ats, and the City applying for the grant matches, the City <br /> could end up with approximately $400,000.00. The City could then purchase the <br /> remaining lot which has a six-plex on it, bulldoze the six-plex, and build a beautiful park <br /> on the lake with a pier and all the amenities. Jim mentioned he would bring a draft to the <br /> February meeting for the grant applications. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Joe Goetz of Goetz Landscaping wants to be the City Forester.
