Mr. <br /> 1��arch thought Mr. LaR��ott� wauld b� mo��ing the trees this coming Satur�ay the Sth. <br /> ���Ir. ��Iarch, Mr. Palzer, Aimee and Tom Fairbrother made a sketch of where ta place the <br /> trees at Acorn Creek Park. <br /> Mr. Porter �uestioned if J�e Goetz of Goetz Landscapin� has been contacted for <br /> consulting of the trees ta be moved. Mr. ��1'Iarch explained he has been in contact with NIr. <br /> G3etz, and Mr. Goetz is advising him on which trees would be best for transplanting. <br /> Ms. Fairbrother ���anted to confirm tl�e intent of ?��Ir. Larson's corr?ments regarding r�corn <br /> Creek Park and keeping the "adult" theme in mind. Ms. Fairbrother felt that since the City <br /> doesn't know yet if we have receiv�d the grant from the BNR or not, that the Park and <br /> Recreation Committee could let it rest until then. <br /> �Ir. Larson expresse�' that the park could/should be able �o accomm�date both adults and <br /> children. Also, Mr. La; son commented that the Neighborhood Netw�ork Committee '� <br /> �hould re-title the name "gazebo" ta "shelter". Mr. Larson explained that his perception of I <br /> a shelter all along has been a basic steet "shelter" ;��ith picnic tables and BBQ's in it, I <br /> nothing fancy. Adding, L:no Lakes has several steel sh�lters that have lasted for 20 years ' <br /> without �eir�� dama�ed �r �ost in st�rms. <br /> Mr. D��rine (1837 Revoir St.) mentioned that the "adult" theme seems to vary_ a lot from � <br /> what 1�ari Nelson is suggesting. �� <br /> i <br /> Ms. Fairbrother explained that the grant doesn't include a shelter, at least it is not in the � <br /> plans �f the Neighb�rhood 1�'etwork Committee. March explained that the Lions are p�anning to put a shelter at LaMotte Park <br /> sornvday, hut currently there is nothing in the tivorks.
