Ms. Dorn will continue her research and report back to EDC the kind of impact a herita�e preservation authoriry would have on the city, residents, and roadways. Ms. Capra indicated that Bob � Thein has historical and geneology information about Centerville he would be willing to donate to the city if the city developed a historical preserve/museum. Portable Exhibit. Aimee Fairbrother stated that after researching various companies, the most cost effective, durable, and useable e�ibit idea would be to create three individual banners about 3' Y 4' feet each. Each banner would portray one different color ima�e drawn by the Minnesota Design Team. These banners would have the option to be hun� individually or be placed together. NLr Magill sug�ested Gator Signs be contacted for a quote in addition to the quotes already received. The following motion was made in regards to the portable e�ibit and sale of city merchandise. These guidelines/standards would I relate to the "theme" the city is workinQ toward, and specify buildina appearance, � structures of historical importance, sidewalk and landscaping requirements etc. �Ir. � Rehbine questioned whether any further activities were required by EDC to fulfill the � contract with the vlinnesota Desi,n Team. N1s. Capra stated there are no other � requirements, but if the city had any questions or concerns the Ntinnesota Desi�n Team ' would be avaiiable. Ms. Fairbrother stated she would relay the committees approval to Citv Administrator Jim Nlarch. who would forward the information tc the City Council for further review. The task �roup leaders will be notified when polic� is approveci by the City Council.
