The graup came up with the initial phase of the <br /> park development. Mr. March shawed the pYarrs that the N�ighbarhood �ittetwork <br /> Committee came up with, which illustrated play equipment, benches, refuse containers etc. <br /> Dale Larson questioned if there was meirtion of a picnic she�ter anywher�.
