Through continuous research Laser Light Technologies Inc. has selected to use costly yet appropriate packaging materiais ta reduce the damage rate for our customers. If you notice that there is any damage to your order, please write in detail on the delivery ticket any damage of a brick or tile, that will require replacement of items in your order. Upan receiving notification from the customer, Laser Light Technologies, Inc. will file a damage claim report with the responsible trucking company. In addition, Laser Light Technologies, Inc. will replace the brick or tile that was engraved with our laser vitrification process or sandcarving process, free of charge, only if the damag;e occurred durin shipment. Damage ta brick or tile by the customer; can be replaced, by the customer, at current listed prices. The customer must notify Laser Light Technologies, Tnc. of the damaged/broken quantity and properly report the reorder within 30 days of the delivery date. The customer will be required to follow the same arder placement procedures as with the originai order. Redo orders will be processed along with existing orders, uniess the customer requests "rush" status. Meetin� an ORDER DEADLINE is hi�hlv dependent upon the Fundraiser Upon the request by the Fundraiser, Laser Light Technologies, Inc. will determine an a�proximate date for when orders will be shi,��ped to the Fundraiser. Unless otherwise notified, orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks or sooner, depending on the size of the order. The Fundraiser may request a detayed shipment date due to scheduling constraints of contractors, architects, etc. Laser Light Technologies, Inc: will anly be able to calculate the a�prox'rmate shi in date of orders if and only if, the Fundraiser provides ALL of the order information in full, at one time. The order information includes but is not restricted to: - Exact quantity of the order - a faxed copy of proof of payment I, - Shade or color of the brick - A picture or file of the logo(s), if part of the job '', - Manufacturer of the brick - The font style I - Size of the brick - The correct shipping address ' - How many lines of text per brick - A signed Purchase Order , - A complete Donor Name Disk, unless other arrangements are agreed upon ' - The date that the customer requests to receive the order. - Any and all paperwork necessary for campletion of an order. - Any additional information requested from the Fundraiser, by Laser Light Technologies, Inc., etc. Changes, additions, and/or incomplete order information could delay shipment of orders to the Fundraiser. The independent trucking company will not guarantee an exact arrival date of orders from Laser Light Technologies, Inc. to the Fundraiser.
