Recently, the staff <br /> ordered 100 curbside recycling bins. The City may be able to receive credit for recycling <br /> damaged curbside recycling bins. The budget inclucles funds for "Garage Sale Days" and a <br /> Magician. <br /> Mr. Hagerty explained how the City receives SCORE funds. Included in the rubbish collection <br /> cost is a state tax. The State distributes the funds to counties when various tonnage goals are <br /> achieved. In return, the counties allocate funds to cities in accordance with meeting or exceeding <br /> 1 <br />
