Mr. Buckbee added although the wetlands are an issue, the RS lends to the area and is keeping <br /> with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> N�r. LaMotte explained that the town home concept is selling well and Centerville seniors are <br /> looking for this living option. Moreover, the PUD is fine but if the density was decreased slightly <br /> it may be more marketable. Mr. Buckbee commented the density is too high.
