City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 28, 2010 <br />Mayor Capra corrected Page 5, second paragraph from the bottom, regarding the Good <br />Turn Event; she stated there would not be curb side pick -up for donations in which the <br />minutes incorrectly stated that there would be. <br />Councilmember Broussard Vickers made a correction to Page 6, Closed Executive <br />Session, to strike "Pending Litigation" in the title. <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to <br />aunrove the April 14.2010 Citv Council Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Second Series. amending Citv Code. Chapter 91. Prohibiting <br />the Use of Coal Tar -Based Sealer Products within the Citv of Centerville, <br />Minnesota. All in favor.
