<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-01 <br /> <br />A resolution ordering preparation of report on improvement. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Centerville Elementary, 7276 Westview <br />Street, between Progress Street and Goiffon Street by the construction of water maia and <br />to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTER~LE) MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to MSA for <br />study and that they are instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed <br />advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended, with a <br />cost of the study not to exceed 51800.00. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 10th day of January, 1996. <br /> <br />c::./o?'~ :>-zu~ <br />Tom WIIharber, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~.~ <br />Trow Breuninger, City Clerk <br />
