<br />RESOLUTION #87-30 <br /> <br />WHE~EAS. the City Council of the City of Centerville met on <br />Wednesday. September 23. 1987 at City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City Council discussed the assessment policy of <br />developments with regard to the proposed water system, <br /> <br />NOW.
